A: Each of our ac adapter, Power Adapters will be strictly tested before shipping. The last four processes of testing is Open Frame Performance Testing---Plastic Housing Integrated----4-hour Aging Testing---Drop Testing----Final Performance Testing---Packaging.
Q: What is the Warranty for the power supply ?
A: For the adapter,we have 1 year warranty.
Q: How soon can I get samples for test to check quality?
A: After price confirm,for our normal products(not customized products),we can send samples for you in 3 days. And our samples usually not for free, After large order placed samples costs can be refundable.
Q: Can you accept OEM &ODM service business?
A: yes,we can. We can customized the products, labels, package as your demands.
